This range of additional services gives you extra support and peace of mind when you invest in Open GI’s software and systems.

Product information

A proactive monitoring and release management service for your servers that ensures all critical processes including backups and anti-virus updates are completed on a daily basis.
Your Personal Identification Number and email address will give you direct access to Open GI’s Tier 2 Customer Support team, bringing you a rapid response to resolve any issues or queries.
This service will ensure that your Core server is checked and operational each morning following a series of key overnight processes.
With support directly available outside of 09.00 – 17.30 working hours, this service is ideal for Open GI users facing time-sensitive deadlines.
As well as proactively monitoring your server to make sure you have sufficient capacity, this service checks all of your software versions and recommends upgrades to ensure your systems are running at maximum performance.
