  • Enhanced support from a dedicated team from 06:00 – 09:00 and 17:30 – 23:00 Monday to Friday.
  • Support from the Open GI Support Centre from 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.
  • Weekend and Bank Holiday cover from 06:00 – 23:00, excluding Christmas and New Year’s Day.
  • The easy way to report any degradation or outage of service on an extended basis.
  • Proactive monitoring so any degradation or downtime of eCommerce services are acted on immediately.
  • We’ll keep you fully informed of any actions at all stages.
