Our Customer Services team are here for you during normal office hours. There’s also online support available 24/7 through our dedicated Support Centre website.

Your Account Manager can work with you to make sure you’re getting the very best from Open GI. This could include:

  • Bespoke deals to give you that competitive edge
  • Support and advice on winning new business, securing renewals and other product-related queries
  • Expert guidance to help you maximise earnings and drive greater efficiency savings

You can also join the independent Open GI User Group which is great for sharing information, feedback and advice with other Open GI users across the country.

Open GI User Group

The Open GI User Group is an independent organisation for users of the Open GI Core System. As well as raising issues on behalf of its members, it also provides valuable feedback on the functionality and usability of new products under development.

As a user group that’s totally independent of Open GI, you can be sure of the integrity of the organisation – and that its motives are genuine. Representing over half of the user base also gives it a genuinely influential voice.

Owning an Open GI system entitles you to join the Open GI User Group – the largest and most successful organisation of its kind in the industry.
