Open GI Appoints Microsoft Alumni as Director of Customer Success

Danielle Blackmore has been appointed as Director of Customer Success at Open GI, effective immediately.

The newly-created role will see Danielle take responsibility for ensuring customers get the most from their Open GI solutions, acting as the voice of the customer, and ensuring all clients feel supported and heard when it comes to what they require from a specialist technology partner.

Danielle will split her time between Open GI’s Worcester and Winchester offices. She will report to Chief Sales Officer, Neil Hart and manage a team of Customer Success Managers and Solutions Managers.

Most recently, she was Global Specialty Pre Sales Lead at DXC. She has also held positions at Accenture, RMS (now part of Moody’s), Microsoft, where she was Customer Success Lead, and began her career as a Technical Business Analyst at Acturis in 2008.
