We are proud of how passionate our employees are about their local communities. And we recognise that doing well as a company means doing good in the world. We don’t just want to do it for us. We want to make sure we have a positive impact in our communities too.
Every year, we rally for employee-selected charities, channelling funds towards vital food banks, sponsoring local sports teams, and actively participating in community and national events like Race for Life and marathons, including the London Marathon. Additionally, we contribute to Mission Christmas and Foodbank initiatives. Our employees are empowered to give back through two paid volunteering days, providing hands-on help and support to these impactful charities.
