Founded in 2007, Regis develops and manages mutuals on behalf of clients, providing an outsourced management service which includes policy sales and administration and claims handling. Regis clients cater for a variety of groups and businesses, from leisure activity companies to military personnel and veterans.

In 2015 Regis appointed Open GI to replace its existing insurance policy and claims systems for three mutual organisations.

The new Version 7 system by Open GI provides a single consolidated platform supporting multiple products, delegated authority schemes, OMR schemes for Private Car, Commercial Vehicle and Household, add-on products, custom documentation, B2C websites and much more. The project also includes a CRM integration with tPoint and a full data migration from Regis’ existing legacy and bespoke systems.
