Coverage

  • Payment of rent contractually due to the landlord.
  • The eviction of the tenant and/or squatters from the property.
  • A tenant’s or third party’s alleged or actual negligent act or omission, nuisance, trespass or criminal damage relating to the property.
  • The non-payment of service charges due by a tenant.
  • A dispute over the contract for the sale or purchase of the property.

Benefits

  • Option to upgrade to Premier Cover which includes 75% of the monthly rent for an additional two months after vacant possession is gained – allowing the landlord time to refurbish and re-let the property.
  • Ability to further upgrade cover by removing the excesses in relation to rent guarantee.
  • £25,000 or £50,000 limit of indemnity any one claim and in the aggregate.
  • Nil excess.
