Welcome to our final issue of Covered for 2016

Over the last six months we have continued to prepare for further growth and have made significant investment in new talent as we look towards 2017 and beyond.

A key focus for us currently is data and how we can help our broker partners to visualise and interact with the data they hold on their business, their clients and prospects.

We want to equip our brokers with a data visualisation solution that will give them insight to shape their business growth strategies. We are just entering into a test and pilot phase of our new solution and we are currently working with a focus group to be in a position to launch this during 2017.

On a separate note, you will have hopefully seen the notice that we published recently providing confidence to Users on our approach to cloud hosted services and disaster recovery.

We cannot shy away from the recent media coverage on cloud services and as providers of mission critical solutions, it is imperative that we are transparent on the services we provide in these areas. We welcome and will be part of the review process that Steve White and his team at BIBA are looking to progress on this topic.

Finally, as this year draws to a close, I would like to thank you all for your continued support of Open GI. I wish everyone the very best for the festive season and the coming year ahead.
