Fresh! Insurance and Markerstudy case studies

Two insurers, Fresh! Insurance and Markerstudy, discuss how using the Open GI platform for their trading has changed the way they work and how this, in turn, has improved the service they offer to their customers.

Fresh! Insurance

Fresh Insurance is one of the largest privately owned insurance brokers in the UK, with almost 70,000 customers and 200 employees. It provides motor and home insurance products to niche segments – e.g. motor insurance to young/new drivers (with or without telematics), drivers with a lack of bonus, older drivers; home insurance for non-standard constructions.

Markerstudy Retail is part of Markerstudy Group of Companies with circa 650 employees across 10 branches. It specialises in niche motor, home, truck, bike, travel, pet and SME commercial lines products and trades through multiple brands.

Formed in 1966, Bromwich Insurance has grown into a multi-faceted broker with links to all the UK ‘s major insurer’s and providing cover for both private and commercial insurance. Bromwich moved to Core Cloud in 2014.
