Open GI Appoint Head Solutions Consultant

Open GI has strengthened its Development operation with the appointment of Ollie Stockley to the new role of Head Solutions Consultant.

In his role, Ollie is responsible for the solution design for customers and overseeing large solution enhancements. One of the main objectives will be to ensure that all of the different business solution modules work seamlessly together allowing brokers and insurers to benefit from scalable and flexible solutions.

Ollie has enjoyed an extensive career at Open GI, joining the company back in 1998 as a Development Consultant, working on the quote engine for the first online insurance trading platform. He has since worked on various projects around the business and has more recently completed work on the high level design of Open GI’s integrated product suite.

Commenting on the appointment, Richard Earle, Software Development Director, said: “This latest appointment is in direct response to the increased number of solution developments we are working on throughout the business. I have every confidence that Ollie will use his skills and knowledge to effectively manage our ongoing developments."
