Online Quote Volumes Attract Aggregators

Brokers using Open GI’s ecommerce solutions delivered over 20 million quotes in February – a figure that continues to increase in line with new aggregator partners.

The latest to sign up to Open GI’s eAggregator panel is CheaperCover.com, owned by InsureTECH Systems Limited (part of the Fortis UK group), giving access to the aggregator channel to brokers selling car insurance. They join 16 major comparison sites including Confused.com, Comparethemarket.com and moneysupermarket.com – all of which are now linked to Open GI quote engines for motor, bike, home and commercial vehicle.

eAggregator complements Open GI’s ecommerce solutions eStarter and eBroker – helping brokers achieve product listings with major aggregators. Full integration with the Open GI back-office system is included – increasing sales opportunities and introducing time and efficiency savings for both parties.
