Open GI has strengthened its customer service operation with the appointment of Michele Munn to the role of Head of Customer Service.
Michele, pictured above, has enjoyed an extensive career in the insurance industry spanning over seventeen years. She was formerly Head of Insurer Relations at Open GI and has worked as a Consultant within the Broker Market.
In her new role, Michele is responsible for Customer Support, Training, Consultancy, Software Release and Distribution, along with the management of a team of 45. As Head of Customer Service, Michele’s main responsibility is to ensure the provision of a consistently high and proactive service to customers, maintaining and enhancing quality and response times. This is alongside improving communications with customers and inputting into product strategy.
Open GI Operations Director, Helen Barker, said: “The customer is at the heart of everything we do at Open GI – we want our brokers to have the best possible service and employing the best staff is crucial to delivering this. We are continually improving our service to make it quicker and easier for customers to get hold of the information they require and Michele will be key to ensuring this happens. We are delighted to have such an experienced individual, with a wealth of industry expertise, take on this vital role."
