Active Quote Drives Online Bike Business for MCE

Award winning insurance provider, MCE, is one of the latest companies to use Open GI’s Active Quote solution to aid online positioning for their motorcycle business.

Active Quote for e-commerce enables brokers to offer competitive pricing and obtain more online business via aggregators by focusing on the most profitable areas of the market. They can set rules and conditions within the Open GI quote engines that are specific to their target market, whilst taking into account insurer agreements.

MCE have been using the technology for the last month for quoting bike insurance and plan to go live with private car lines in the first half of next year. Active Quote has been particularly useful for MCE’s campaign planning as it can be switched on and off immediately.
